  • Optional: 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef against the grain and rinsing the bok choy.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat; add vegetable oil.
  3. Sear the beef in a single layer for 2 minutes without stirring; then stir-fry for an additional minute until fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same wok, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted but crunchy.
  6. Return the beef to the wok, add soy sauce (and oyster sauce if using), tossing to combine until heated through.
