1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup sweet chili sauce
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and optional sriracha for about 5-7 minutes.
Transfer the beef to a plate. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts until soft and golden brown (5-7 minutes).
