  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and optional sriracha for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Transfer the beef to a plate. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts until soft and golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Return the beef to the skillet with the sprouts. Add sweet chili sauce and lime juice, stirring well until heated through.
  4. Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles.
