  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat, then sear steak tips for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk, then add softened cream cheese, whisking until smooth.
  4. Gradually add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine cooked rotini with the cheesy sauce, then fold in steak tips gently. Serve warm.
