Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
