  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • Zest from 1 large orange
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries (halved if large)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Greek yogurt or sour cream, eggs, orange zest, and juice; mix well.

  6. Gently fold in cranberries until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
