  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 500g)
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing into strips.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
