  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 cups chocolate mousse (homemade or store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate oat cake according to your chosen recipe.
  2. While cooling, prepare the pistachio cream or butter.
  3. In a skillet, toast the kataifi with butter until golden brown.
  4. Mix the toasted kataifi into the prepared pistachio cream.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, adding almond milk for a smooth ganache.
  6. Once cooled, spread warm ganache over the cake and layer with pistachio filling.
  7. Carefully roll the cake into a log shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least one hour.
  8. After chilling, cover with chocolate mousse and drizzle with remaining ganache; garnish with kataifi bites.
