  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
