  • 26 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 24 ounces brick-style cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Wrap a springform pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, instant coffee powder, and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for several hours or overnight. Melt dark chocolate with whipping cream to create the topping.
