  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion and bell pepper, mincing the garlic, and slicing the zucchini.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
