  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread them on one side of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned chicken in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss fresh green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add them to the dish after 20 minutes.
  6. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes until everything is cooked through.
  7. Slice the chicken before serving and enjoy!
