  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Layer cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar, then cover all sides with remaining shredded cheddar.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a round shape.
  5. Use rubber bands to create sections for a pumpkin appearance.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Remove wrapping and top with a bell pepper stem before serving.
