  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for blueberry swirl)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Edible silver dust for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. For the blueberry swirl, cook blueberries with sugar and lemon juice until softened; stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter over cooled crust and add dollops of blueberry mixture; gently swirl with a skewer.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center; cool in the oven for an hour before chilling in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, decorate with edible silver dust.
