  • 1/3 cup / 80ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup / 20g finely diced fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Zest from 1 orange, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
