  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Cajun seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook rotini until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  3. In a skillet, heat butter and sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in remaining butter until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Velveeta until melted; add mozzarella and cheddar until creamy.
  6. Combine cooked rotini with sauce and return steak to pan; warm through.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished if desired.
