  • 200g (7 oz) beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or Italian mix)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  2. Season the beef steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs with milk/cream and seasoning. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat while stirring gently. Add shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Assemble your plate with sliced steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, sliced avocado, and cream cheese.
