  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup chopped parsley

  1. Prep the pear by peeling, slicing, and dicing it. Toss with lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey strips over medium heat until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain excess fat.
