8 ounces cold Brie cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped roasted and salted pistachios
Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
Trim the rind from the cold Brie cheese and cut into cubes. Let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
