  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 68 whole pepperoncini peppers
  • 12 tbsp pepperoncini juice
  • 4 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast generously with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the roast on all sides until golden brown. Transfer to a slow cooker.
  3. Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping up browned bits, then pour over the roast.
